The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s invites you to partner with us for our inaugural Courage Ball. This special gala is being dedicated to Dana Marshall Bernstein, a spiritual warrior who continues to be a voice for patients and families; and a catalyst to finding a cure for these horrific diseases. During the Courage Ball evening we will pay tribute to our distinguished honorees who have contributed to our mission: to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
More than 3.1 million Americans suffer from Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and other digestive diseases. It is the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s goal and standard that over 80% of the Foundation’s total revenue supports our mission critical rograms; research, education, advocacy and patient services.
